Sometimes, you just have to go different, meaning, it's okay to just get wings from a burger place. It's okay, because they're on the menu, and it's okay, because it's something that you want.
This amazingly decorated place is known as BurgerIM, where they specialize in everything burgers, made their way, or made your way, literally! From "the cowboy" (a burger consisting of 1/3 lb. patty, barbecue, onion ring, bacon and cheddar cheese), to the "Hawaiian salmon" (a burger consisting of 1/4 lb. patty, red cabbage slaw, pineapple, ginger vinaigrette, and barbecue glaze), to everything in between, BurgerIM definitely has you covered.
The building was very simplistic but yet so inviting, engaging and fun. They had a few LED Neon Signs, one of which read "Hello Gorgeous" which I was thought was so beautiful and definitely fit the aesthetics. They had nice spacing between the order counters and the tables within the building for customers. They made perfect use of the space within the building, which was great. My friend and I even had the opportunity to enjoy a window seat where we were able to view outside into the busy streets of Texas.
During this visit, I ordered the BBQ wings with ranch dipping sauce. They were good, fried a little hard, nicely dipped into BBQ sauce, and seasoned perfectly. I really enjoyed the sauce itself, because it was fresh and almost tasted as if it had been mixed with something to give it an extra tangy taste, but it was great. They also have the option for their customers to order Buffalo or Sweet crunchy chili garlic sauce as well. Along with the option to change sauces, you could also pick to have chicken tenders dipped in sauces versus the wings, which, I feel is always a great choice to have.
For those who would prefer the healthier option, they also have the option for you to order a burger and customize it to your needs. So, whether you wanted a gluten free or keto bun, beef, lamb, grilled chicken breast, turkey, crispy chicken, or an impossible burger(plant-based) they had everyone covered. They also have kids' options and the option to get a family box which included 8 burgers, chicken wings, fries, and onion wings for a great deal. For those that may love a drink every now and then, they also had a bar, which is a great pair: burgers, wings, and a drink to end a workday and maybe start a weekend; you know, the times when you don't feel like cooking, lol.
Overall, BurgerIM is definitely a 9/10, highly recommend. I would prefer the chicken wings not be fried too hard for my preference, but they were still really good. And again, while I may not like something, another person may love it, so I still highly recommend. I also would go back, of course to try a burger, because who can really go to a burger place and just try wings? lol.
