Hearsay Market Square: Appetizer Part 2

Hearsay Market Square is definitely a beautiful top-tier chic place. From the building and decor to the service and the food, it is amazing.

This second appetizer we tried during this visit were the "Deviled egg trio" which was one of their many gluten-free options hearsay offers. These eggs typically come served with bacon chive, jalapeno, and crispy onions. We ordered them without the crispy onions because, you'll continue to notice, but we aren't big fans of onions. I love to cook with onions, don't get me wrong, but if I don't absolutely have to have them, I won't, unless of course it's for "the experience".

We were, actually, really nervous about the jalapenos, but they were a great touch to the eggs. You could barely taste the jalapenos with the way everything blended really well together. The fresh bacon was amazing and really helped to add that extra flavor needed. The eggs altogether were really fresh and were so great. I think, even if you've had deviled eggs before or you make your own and feel that they are the best, these are still definitely worth the try.... for the experience of course, lol. They do somewhat taste like the standard deviled egg, if you've ever had one before, with the simple mayonnaise, cooked yolk, maybe a little salt and pepper but the mixture was great, nice and creamy. And, again, the fresh bacon and jalapenos were definitely nice touches.

Overall, 10/10, highly recommend.... they were very good, and they were served just as beautifully as the building was decorated (as pictured above). I would definitely say, try adding this to your menu for the day when you visit hearsay.
