It Only Gets Betters!
Of course, you can't just get an appetizer, I mean you could, but why would you want to?! The entrée is the most amazing part of the night.
On these carnival cruises, customer service is a very big part of their cruise lines, so if you aren't interested in what you ordered, you have the luxury to switch your meal or eat a second meal. They make sure you are well taken care of any and everywhere on the cruise ship, especially when it comes to eating, which is definitely something I enjoyed.
The entrée of my choosing for this particular dinner was roasted chicken with gravy, with a side of pureed carrots and asparagus. Again, you can choose from multiple different entrees during the dinners, this just happen to be my choice this particular time. It was so amazing, especially the pureed sweet carrots; because we all know, sometimes, pureed foods may not taste the greatest depending on where you get it from. With that being said, Carnival Casual dinners is not one of those places, the food is so AMAZING!
The pureed carrots were the perfect taste blend of sweet and savory, pureed down to a very fine and smooth texture. The roasted chicken was very well-cooked, held just enough moisture so that it wasn't dry, and gave you such a nice smoky after taste which blended very well with the savory brown gravy. The asparagus was cooked just right, it wasn't too tough, it was very well-seasoned and was a great touch to the entire meal.
Overall, I would rate this meal a 10/10, highly recommend.
