It is so worth it !!!!!
You will always be full on a cruise whether you order room service, eat the all-inclusive food from the many bars they offer, eating at the ports, or going to the breakfast and dinner catered restaurants onboard. All of them are absolutely great and very tasty, I ate from everywhere I could... yes I really do love to eat.
During the first casual dinner that my friends and I decided to attend, we had ONE of THE greatest servers EVER!!!!! Now let me say that everyone we encountered on the cruise was absolutely amazing including the cruisers; a cruise will definitely bring out a different side of everyone, I believe. But with that being said, our server was no different, he always made sure we were well taken care of, he gave great recommendations as needed, he danced, he sang to us all the time, he cracked jokes, and made sure we ate! .... And this was only the FIRST casual dinner night.
During the casual dinner nights, you will get a menu, and you will be able to pick an appetizer, entrée, and dessert..... but that's not it! If you ate an entrée but wanted to try another one, guess what, you definitely can! With the cruise dinners, these are included in the cruise fees, that were paid prior to the trip, so all you need to make sure you have is your cruise card to get in (would've been in your room during onboarding, made to be carried with you).
On just about all of my cruise trips, I ate an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert, with the exception of one dinner (you'll learn that reason later, lol). At this particular dinner, I had this delicious freshly chilled cocktail shrimp that comes served with a slice of lemon if you should choose to squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp to enhance the flavor. It was served so beautifully, along with all the other meals, and also brought out in amazing timing with our drinks. Let me just say, you will have iced water brought to you when you are seated and it will be the greatest water you will EVER have, don't ask questions, just take my word, I won't steer you wrong; then you will also have the option to order a separate drink, if you choose.
Overall, this shrimp cocktail was absolutely amazing, 10/10, highly recommend!
