What's a book without the beginning, middle, and end?! Oh, I don't know, the same as a meal without an appetizer, entrée, and dessert!
The best part of the carnival cruise casual dinners is something they call "Chocolate Lava Cake". It is one of the most mouth-watering, warm, rich, and scrumptious chocolate cakes ever! Soon as you go to take a piece of the cake.... LAVA! That's right, a downpour of sweet, gooey, melting chocolate comes running onto the plate. It creates such a great dynamic between the chocolate cake and the melted chocolate, and to make things even better this amazingly warm dish comes served with a side of vanilla ice cream. Imagine being able to take a spoonful of cold, sweet, and delightful ice cream and mixing it with a spoonful of this warm, perfectly baked, melting lava cake; it creates such a satisfying taste. Especially, after such an amazing appetizer and entrée, I'd say this is a great way to end a full course dinner.
Much like the appetizer and the entrée, they do have options for dessert on carnival cruise lines, however, you just have to try their famous Melting Lava Cake, at least once!
Overall, I would recommend this dessert a 10/10, highly recommend.
